The apartment had exceptional views and was in a great location. The communication with the host was excellent and they arranged an early check-in for us. The bed was comfortable and the TV was excellent. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. it was excellent value for money.

We felt cared for and had no complaints whatsoever.

All in all, it is easy base for staying in Birmingham.

The location was exceptional and the views were stunning. The communication with the host on check-in day was excellent and they even arranged for an early check-in for us. The bed was comfortable and the TV in the apartment was excellent. The staff at the Rotunda reception were very friendly and helpful. it was excellent value for money.

The only drawback was that the fridge was turned off and not very clean when we arrived. However, we eventually found the wall switches to turn it on, located on the opposite kitchen wall behind the microwave.

I recently stayed at the One Bedroom Apartment in Birmingham City Centre for a few days. The location was incredibly central, close to the bull ring and new street station, with a panoramic view of the city. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with a great kitchen and bathroom. The staff was also very understanding, waiting for me to arrive and handing me the key even after closing hours. a great experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the centrally located City Centre, One Bedroom Apartment! The spacious apartment offered a nice view of the city and had a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The staff was understanding and waited for me to collect the key after I arrived late at the airport. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Although I had a good overall experience, there were a few drawbacks. I only received one bath towel and one hand towel, which was not sufficient for two nights.

First, the TV didn't work and there was no aerial cable to fix it. Second, there was a problem with the door, which was jammed and required additional charges for someone to fix it.
